NHS  Waltham  Forest  ( Waltham  Forest  PCT) was  established  in  2003  to  plan, commission  and  deliver  a  wide  range  of  frontline  NHS  services  to  the  borough’s  residents. Today, NHS  Waltham  Forest  delivers services  through  25  sites  where  it  directly  delivers  services, 47  GP  practices, 60  community  pharmacies, 32  general  dental  practices  and  36  optometric  practices  providing  services  to  a  population  of  nearly  260,000.
