Fuller, Smith and Turner, better known as Fuller’s is the last remaining traditional family brewer in London. Its estate, which stretches as far north as Birmingham and as far south as Bournemouth, includes more than 360 pubs and bars, and six hotels. In recent years, Fuller’s successful acquisition strategy placed increasing pressure on their IT department. Each addition to the brewery’s stable brought a new range of business systems and applications that required integration, ongoing management and technical support.  Overall this programme of growth placed incredible time, resource, space and budgetary pressures on the IT department that set in motion a much needed plan for change.
